Police seek information on southeast-side death

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Columbus police have not yet named the man who died in an apparent homicide Tuesday night in the southeast part of the city.

Officers and emergency crews responded to the 2300 block of Petzinger Court, near Petzinger and Courtright Roads just before 10 p.m. Tuesday and discovered the man in a parking lot, unresponsive and bleeding from a head wound.

He was pronounced dead a short time later.

Police say this is the city's 77th homicide of 2017.
