NYC terror suspect has Ohio ties

NEW YORK CITY, New York (WTVN) -- The man accused of running down nearly 20 people in Manhattan once called Ohio home.

According to state tax records, Sayfullo Saipov incorporated an automotive business using a Cincinnati address in 2011.

Other records show Saipov lived in Cuyahoga Falls as recently as 2015.

Saipov is accused of killing eight people and injuring several others when he drove a rented box truck along a walking path in Manhattan Tuesday.

He was shot and wounded by police when he brandished two guns after crashing into a school bus.
