Accused cop killer now facing death penalty indictment

COLUMBUS, OH (WTVN) -- The man accused of murdering two Westerville police officers in February now faces a death penalty indictment from a Franklin County Grand Jury.

Quentin Smith, 31, is accused of shooting and killing Officers Anthony Morelli and Eric Joering as they responded to a 911 call at Smith's home on February 10th.
