COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- A bill named for murdered Ohio State student Reagan Tokes is headed for the Ohio House floor.
On Tuesday, a House committee passed its version of the Reagan Tokes Act .
The measure allows indeterminate sentences for violent felons and improves GPS monitoring of offenders after their release.
A committee would also be formed to examine improvements to offender supervision.
