UPPER ARLINGTON, Ohio (WTVN) -- The man wanted in connection with Upper Arlington's first murder in eight years is in custody.
Jeffery Lamar Smith, 52, turned himself in Tuesday afternoon.
Smith was wanted in connection with the stabbing death of a man in the parking lot of the China Dynasty restaurant on West Lane Ave Monday afternoon.
Smith is expected to face a judge on Wednesday.
