COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Columbus City Council is expected to take a vote Monday night on rules drafted to curb aggressive panhandling.
The proposed measure would block people from collecting money in the street, make it illegal to follow or touch someone who says no and set up a three-foot barrier around ATM's.
City officials say the ordinance would protect the health and safety of panhandlers, residents and visitors.
