The Columbus Crew appear to be staying in central Ohio.MLS has confirmed the ownership group has stepped up, and the family of Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslam and an investor group are banding together to move the crew and keep the team in Columbus.“MLS is committed to keeping Crew SC in Columbus," MLS announced, "should we continue to make progress on these critical components and agree to key terms with the investor group.”Plans include building a downtown soccer stadium in Columbus. Locations have been discussed.
