COLUMBUS, Ohio (24-7 News)--Officials with Nationwide Children's Hospital are saying they have received a multi-million dollar donation from the Wexner Family Charitable Fund.
The hospital announced Monday it was accepting a 20-million-dollar gift from the Wexner Family for its Center for Family Safety and Healing.
The Center uses hospital resources to address aspects of family violence, child abuse, neglect, domestic violence and elder abuse.
Abigail Wexner, who is the chairperson for the Center, said she hopes the facility will continue to have a positive impact on Central Ohio children and families who have been victims of violence.
