Boston Bruins v Columbus Blue Jackets - Game Three

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--The Columbus Blue Jackets have a 2-1 lead in their best-of-seven Stanley Cup Playoff series against the Boston Bruins, following their 2-1 win Tuesday night at Nationwide Arena.

Boone Jenner scored the initial goal late in the first period, and Matt Duchene netted a power play goal in the 2nd period to pace the Jackets to the win. Boston got one goal back, courtesy of Jake DeBrusk, late in the 2nd period, but goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky prevented them from finding the tying goal down the stretch.

The Jackets are now 3-0 in home playoff games this postseason. Game 4 is Thursday at nationwide Arena.

At minimum, game 5 is Saturday back in Boston, and if necessary, game 6 would be back in Columbus on Monday.
