Man Caught Photographing Woman in Shower at Columbus State

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--A man is in custody after he was caught sneaking into a women's locker room at Columbus State Community College, and taking photos of a woman in the shower.

32-year-old Marrio Lyles was caught in the locker room Monday, and ran from the scene in Delaware Hall. Police caught up to him about a half-mile away, and he continued to fight with cops before he was taken into custody.

Lyles is charged with voyeurism, aggravated robbery, assault, and resisting arrest. He made his initial court appearance on Tuesday.

It's not his first time getting caught in that kind of behavior--back in 2016, Lyles was caught in a women's restroom at CSCC taking photos of women in the stalls. He was later convicted and served 15 days in jail.

Lyles was banned from campus, and was sent back to jail in 2018 for violating his probation, while doing similar activities.
