The Official Chuck Douglas Radio Show Fan Page I don't have a problem with Meyer, I am just cautioning people that life is life, things happen everywhere to everyone and if they expect this guy to roll into town and part the Scioto, they are being too optimistic. Write the same story about Tress and compare what got kicked to the curb with what is coming in and realize it's all about football and nothing more.

Trisha:  Urban had issues within his program. He is no different than Tress so my PROBLEM is Tress is out, Urban is in but Urban has not had a clean program with Florida. You have to be in the game to know the truth. If OSU wants a Coach that had a run in with the NCAA, why not bring Tress back.

Brandon:  I honestly feel tressell should have never been removed, but on the flip side according to the article majority of these people were suspended and or removed from the team, by team personel or school. A Coach can't possibly babysit and prevent players from doing wrong 24/7 but at least they can properly be dealt with and so far that has been the case with Urban

David:  There are no perfect people and there are no perfect coaches.Urban isnt any dirtier or cleaner than the rest.The players arent any better or worse than all the other KIDS 18-22 .If I remember correctly even Woody was disciplined by the NCAA for buying a player some pants to wear because he couldnt afford them...we need to get of those stupid ,inflexible NCAA rules .

Michael:  Lets run some background checks on WTVN employees past and present include all tickets since they were 18.. Chuck your point is stupid n!!!! (Reading Michael's FB page, he seems to have differences with the President, but his thoughts here seem very Obama-esque. Just as Limbaugh, Beck and Hannity get audited by the IRS, Michael wants to investigate me for having an opinion that differs from his opinion...pots and kettles.)

The masses are acting as if this man is more than a football coach, as if he can solve all the problems and fix all the boo-boos. Meyer may be a great coach. He may bring a chanpiionship every year he coaches any team, anywhere for the rest of his life, but PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE and there will be problems with player conduct under him just as with Tressel and there will be the same problems with all future coaches because the world has changed, people have changed, standards have changed. If you can't grasp that, then maybe it is not MY POINT that is stupid! Your insults are uncalled for and unwelcome. I'm done here.

I count on, in fact I have been TOLD to count on Paul supporters to use intellect before emotion. I thought thinking people would see the sick humor it the post. If you want to hate my FB page because reading the material is too much to do, there is nothing I can do to stop you. If that kind of reactionary, uninformed thing is a common trait in Paul supporters, he has a long, waivering, road ahead of him.
