Andy Katzenmoyer is charged with violating a protection order
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Former Ohio State linebacker Andy Katzenmoyer was arrested this morning on a warrant which accuses him of violating a protection order.
The 35-year-old who lives in Westerville was being held at the Franklin County jail on the charge which says he violated the order at an address on Trabue Road on the West Side.
Columbus police did not release further details. The protection order involves his ex-wife.
Katzenmoyer left Ohio State for the NFL after his junior season. He was drafted by the New England Patriots in 1999, but a neck injury ended his short career.
