The final presidential debate is tonight and some suggest it is a tie breaker.  I find that funny... Mitt Romney buried the president in the first debate and the last debate was likely a push, since most folks who pay attention liked their candidate better than the other.  I would say if the president were to win tonight, it would make the debates overall a tie.  It amuses me some of the stories I read... like this one that suggests Romney has to 'rebound' from his Libya / Benghazi gaff.  If any reporter took the time to read the Rose garden speech and really see it's context, they would realize that the president was at best hedging against religious unrest due to the anti Mohammed video and thinly against terrorism, but to suggest that one mention of terror wasn't calling the attack in Benghazi an al Qeada attack.  It's actually too bad that tonight's debate is to focus on foreign policy... a new report says no matter who we elect, taxes are going up for 163 million of us and frankly I'd like to hear both candidates hash that out.

Ohio State fell two spots to #9 in the AP rankings, but I'm not sure why.  Sure the win came late and was described as miraculous by many, but isn't a win and win?  I mean we went up with wins over UAB and Indiana... why not with an OT win against Purdue?  I know it depends a lot of what happens above you when it comes to ranking, but play it out.  Our star QB, who by the way is a legitimate force in the Heisman race this year, went out with an injury after a horse collar tackle (yeah, I know there was no call, but the defenseman clearly has the inside of Braxton's jersey).

He is the engine behind our offense, so it's likely we'll suffer.  We did, but the back up came in, figured out a way to tie it up in spectacular fashion, and then marched right in to the end zone in OT.  The Buckeye defense holds and we win.  What's not to like about that win?

Today's OMG stories...  we're less than two months from the end of the Mayan calender...  this guy says bigfoot vandalized his camper, but maybe more surprising is that he has a girlfriend...  and I saw an incredible fireball this morning.  Went through the constellation Orion and was big enough that it left a smoke trail.  Of course, it was nothing like they saw in Cali.
