When it comes to finding the best pizza in Columbus, the smaller the place the better. When you've been around a long time in one small spot, the pizza is almost destined to be solid. Little Italy's in Groveport is a smaller location and the pizza didn't disappoint. While it wasn't #1 on our list, it's a very good showing for this south-Columbus institution.
We really liked the unique atmosphere. Lots of pictures on the wall of family members and local little league baseball teams. More local = the better. Also inside Little Italy's was a jukebox (I requested some George Thorogood) and there were also two pinball machines! This was unique to any other place that we've been to so far. Lots of fun!
It was a busy night and the pizza took a little time to come out, but we were happy to see it when it got to our table! The regular pepperoni was a little lacking, but the sicilian pepperoni really popped out of the pan with some unique flavor. A few other standouts were the "Everything," "Meat Lovers," and our combo of pepperoni, bacon, and sausage!
There was one waitress for a room packed with several large groups. Bravo to her - whatever your name is! A job well done to you!

BOTTOM LINE: 22.5 / 30 is the final score for Little Italy's. A very unique place with a few good standout pizzas that you will be sure to enjoy. This is definitely a family place that would work well to bring a decent group to. Great time.
